The award ceremony for the 2022 BEST OF LECTURER was held at the Health Sciences Research Meeting on June 7. The winner was Associate Professor Dr. Sanae Ito of the Laboratory of Biometabolic Chemistry.

Summary of speech by Dr. Sanae

I am very glad to receive the 2022 BEST OF LECTURER. In my lecture “Food Hygiene”, agricultural and animal husbandry exercises are being conducted under the teaching of Assistant Professor Dr. Namihira and the technical staffs of the Subtropical Field Science Center, Faculty of Agriculture. I believe I was able to receive this award thanks to the support of them. I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to them. I will continue to improve myself to giving better lectures under my goal nurturing medical professionals who can take good care of eating.
