As a part of our research activity, we had invited three Indonesia researchers to our university in 2022 supported by the Sakra Science Program, Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). During the program, we have shared advanced analytical methods using the Nanopore sequencer, that we had established in our laboratory, with the Indonesia researchers for characterizing antimicrobial-resistant bacteria.
